Completed Project: “Redesigned Contemporary” Master Bathroom Remodel

The inspiration for the overall design of this bathroom came from the colors and design in the countertop.  The homeowner’s goals were to redesign the bathroom to be more functional while simultaneously updating it to a more modern look.  While the overall style was drastically transformed in this remodel, the biggest modification was definitely the floor plan.  The hallway was taken out, and the entire space was transformed, to make room for a larger walk-in closet, built in cabinetry in the bathroom, and a more spacious layout in the bathroom.  In addition, the arrangement of the bathroom was reconfigured, putting the toilet room in the far end (where a large soaking tub was removed), a walk-in shower in the middle, and a double sink vanity just inside the door.
